Established in 2000 we are specialists in leadership and organisational development. We provide consultancy, training and coaching and are based in London and North Yorkshire. We work nationally and internationally.

Juice: is obviously not a deep psychological or business term but refers to the energy generated by something that inspires people to take action. We all know when have accessed our “mojo” our “va va voom” the best we can be. At time 4 change we look for that “zing” in everything we do.

Sustainable: We want to achieve change that is long lived and that is in alignment with your values. Our programmes are designed to build a sustainable workforce. We of course “live” sustainability in other ways such as aiming to minimising our impact on the environment.

Excellence: Life is too short not to achieve something fabulous. We strive to find the best concepts, tools and techniques so that you can achieve your best as effectively and efficiently as possible.

Programmes that can be bought separately. Sessions can take place in a number of ways:

  • Face to face at our London offices or on your premises
  • Over the telephone (Individual bespoke programme)
  • On a one to one or workshop basis
